These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ViralHook, a creator workflow product for generating and organizing YouTube title hooks, thumbnail text, descriptions, tags, hashtags, channel profiles, and related publishing ideas. By using ViralHook, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

You may use ViralHook to create and manage AI-assisted publishing drafts for videos and channels. You are responsible for the information you submit, the legality of your use, and your decision to publish or rely on any output. You must not use ViralHook to violate laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, generate harmful instructions, distribute spam, mislead viewers, or abuse the service.

Accounts

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using the account and contact us promptly.

Generated Content

Generated titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and thumbnail text are AI-assisted outputs. Review all content before using it publicly, especially claims, promises, comparisons, safety statements, financial statements, medical statements, legal statements, or advice. ViralHook does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, original, compliant with platform rules, or suitable for your specific channel.

Subscriptions, Quotas, and Billing

ViralHook currently offers Free, Creator, and Pro plans. Free includes 5 total generations, 1 channel profile, Quick mode, permanent history, and 5 titles per generation. Creator is $7.9 per month and includes 1,000 generations per month, 3 channel profiles, Quick mode, permanent history, and 8 titles per generation. Pro is $12.9 per month and includes 3,000 generations per month, 10 channel profiles, Quick and Advanced mode, permanent history, and 12 titles per generation.

Paid checkout is handled by a hosted payment provider. Subscription access may depend on successful payment, webhook delivery, provider availability, and fraud checks. Prices, quotas, and plan features may change, but changes will not intentionally reduce active paid access during a paid billing period unless required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Refunds and Cancellations

Unless a separate refund policy is shown at checkout, refunds are reviewed case by case. You may contact us about billing issues, duplicate payments, failed upgrades, or mistaken purchases at [email protected]. Canceling a subscription may stop future renewals, but already-used credits or completed billing periods may not be refundable.

Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, payment controls, or security protections. You may not probe, scan, or attack the service, submit malicious payloads, scrape the service at scale, resell access without permission, or use generated content to deceive viewers about material facts.

Availability

AI providers, authentication, database sync, and payment services may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. ViralHook should not be used as the only review step before publication. We may modify, suspend, throttle, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain reliability, comply with law, prevent abuse, or improve the product.

Intellectual Property

ViralHook, its interface, branding, software, and documentation are owned by the project owner or licensors. You retain rights you have in your submitted content. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you may use generated outputs for your own creator workflow, but you are responsible for checking originality, rights clearance, platform compliance, and factual accuracy before publication.

Disclaimers

ViralHook is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, ranking improvements, revenue growth, views, clicks, subscriber gains, or platform approval. Any examples or scores are workflow aids, not promises of performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralHook and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or publication decisions made using AI-assisted outputs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse quotas, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms ViralHook, other users, providers, or the public. You may stop using ViralHook at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as ViralHook adds providers, plans, account features, payment options, or publishing workflows. The updated date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated terms apply.
